Blackjack Forge is built to be honest — and that starts with your data. The short version: everything stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or sell any of it.

What we collect

Nothing. Blackjack Forge has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of our own. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, or any other personal information.

Your gameplay data

The app stores your play history, statistics, and settings (hands played, decision accuracy, your weak spots, table preferences, and virtual bankroll) only on your device, using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your iPhone, is never sent to us, and is not accessible to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

No tracking or advertising

Blackjack Forge contains no ads, no analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers, and no advertising identifiers. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we have nothing to share with data brokers.

Purchases

Forge Plus is an optional subscription (and a one-time lifetime option) sold through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregate sales information (for example, how many subscriptions were sold), which cannot identify you.

Children

Blackjack Forge is rated for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because all of your data lives on your device and is never transmitted to us, you remain in full control of it at all times. You can erase it instantly by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
